Review of my 14 months living in Country Life Park, Bryanston.

A year and a bit ago I was looking desperately for a furnished, pet friendly unit, to live at, after I sold my house, pending my permanent departure to Australia in 2024. I have searched far and wide, viewing countless units. Eventually, I stumbled upon CLP. The one single thing that got me to choose CLP right after I met them, even though not the cheapest, was the onsite managers, Dave and Mel Arnison.

Unlike other properties, the personal touch and time Dave and Mel took to take me through the complex, showing all the available units, facilities and explaining what I will get for what I am paying for, made the difference and the reason why I elected to stay at CLP. From the outset, unlike other places where one deals with a rental agent who is quite distant from the day to day issues as a tenant, they were completely involved, transparent and forthcoming with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. At the same time, they made sure I, as a first-time tenant, understood clearly what they would hold me accountable for. So, from day one, there were no grey areas, which I appreciated. The culture and values that Dave and Mel displayed was something that strongly resonated with me.

My decision very quickly proofed to be a very good one. Dave and Mel’s hands on management (including very regular check ins from the start of my rental right to the end, to make sure I am continuously happy with everything) and ongoing support for all the tenants is really something that I think differentiates CLP above the rest, and makes it a special place to live at. I could see that clearly not only of my own account, but also in my engagements with fellow tenants. On top of that, the team of well-managed, happy and friendly staff, from the cleaners, the gardeners, the handyman (any issues response time within 60 minutes!), really made my life so easy!

I will always have very fond memories of my time at CLP, and, positively, without a doubt, will recommend this establishment to anybody, any time. Well done Dave, Mel and your staff!! I will miss you dearly!

My stay at Country Life Park (CLP) was amazing and I would always recommend CLP both for short-term and long-term stays.

My experience wouldn't have gotten better without my hosts (David & Melanie), this couple is very excellent in hospitality services.

They always went beyond and above my expectations making sure that my stay at the estate was pleasant, they would often advise me on how to navigate the Bryanston area and Joburg in general, being new in SA I didn't have to figure out on my own where to shop for groceries or other essentials, they would always direct me to the safest and affordable sides to get my needs.

My onboarding experience was nice and smooth, but I liked more their aftercare services, where they made sure my house services were timely and always made sure the house is neat and clean.

They made sure my safety a priority and they have excellent personalities, the complex is guarded by professional security guards who would always patrol around to make sure everyone is safe 24/7.

Country life park is located in a prime area, a walking distance from Bryanston Shopping Center, 15 minutes away from Sandton City, a few minutes away from Randburg Square (shopping here is very affordable), and very close to Fourways.

For such and many other reasons, I would always recommend Country Life Park for your accomodation needs.

PS; looking forward to being back at CLP myself.

Annerie moved in beginning of May 2023 and is currently staying until the end of August, with the possibility of staying for a few months longer.

We, as in me and my two scotties Jojo and Jimjim have been living at Country Life Park for two months now and all we can say is we truly enjoy ourselves. The garden is a good size for two dogs and the complex is quite large, enough space for a decent daily walk with the doggies. Most neighbours also have dogs so I find all to be quite tolerant for reasonable doggy noises provided not too disturbing or crazy hours. On top of that, the staff, from the property manager to the security, handyman and cleaning staff /gardeners are all extremely friendly and helpful. So me and my two dogs are as happy as Larry here. So glad we found this place after I sold my house.

Thank you so much for having us at Country Life Park. Anyone looking for Pet friendly Accommodation around Midrand Gauteng, look no further, Country Life Park in Bryanston is the place to stay! Safe, Spacious, Clean and well equipped units, and of course the most important for us, the secure gardens for our furry kids. Mel and Dave, you have “upgraded” pet friendly to the next level. We truly enjoyed our stay in August and October 2022 with you. This truly is a home away from home, especially for our furry kids.

From the Free State members participating in the South African Working Trails Dog Association National Championships, we would like to thank Mel and Dave for hosting us. The secure gardens of each unit are truly a huge advantage. They have 24 hour secure access, spacious and clean units. Finding accommodation for 7 people in three units with a total of 11 large breed dogs is nearly impossible. Thanks to you we were able to have a wonderful Nationals with happy furry kids.
